Can we have a demonstration of CasePRO in the comfort of our own offices?
Yes. Typically your initial demonstration of CasePRO will be conducted via a remote link between PCs in our respective offices and a telephone conference call. We are also very open to requests for us to conduct a demonstration at your offices.
Do we need our own IT resource or can we outsource everything to you?
The choice is yours. We have clients such as Close Brothers who set up a buy-to-let operation and a HIPS funding operation entirely by themselves on the back of one days training. Conversely, Firstplus outsourced the entire development of their in-house brokerage to CasePRO.
What levels of support do you offer?
CasePRO provides telephone-based support between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). Our support service also includes regular software releases containing bug fixes, enhancements and new features. We work to specified Service Levels and offer service credits in the unlikely event we fail to meet agreed targets.
Who else uses CasePRO?
Firstplus, moneysupermarket.com and Close Brothers are some of the more familiar names using CasePRO. Our other clients include a typical mix of master brokers and packagers for mortgages, loans, commercial mortgages, bankruptcy/IVAs and general insurance.
How secure is my data?
CasePRO is a client-server solution that is hosted by you; therefore your data resides on your own server and on your own premises. Your data is as secure as you want it to be and we will be happy to recommend ways of ensuring that this is the case.
How does CasePRO handle FSA and TCF compliance?
CasePRO handles FSA and TCF compliance in exactly the same way as your organisation wants to handle it. It's as simple as that.
