- How We Work
We specialise in the supply and customisation of our flagship product, CasePRO, to provide financial services organisations with a truly bespoke case management system in a fraction of the time and at a fraction of the cost of a typical bespoke solution.
While we aim to be as flexible as possible in our approach, below is our recommended method of working, based on over 30 years project management experience, to give you a right first time and on time solution.
- We will hold an initial meeting with your management to:
- gain an understanding of your company's business model
- understand your high level requirements and key objectives
- We will work with your key personnel to understand and document your existing business processes.
- Using the document from step 2, and at the same time considering your high level requirements and key objectives from Step 1, we will document our recommendations on how your business processes can be improved using CasePRO and potentially other technology-based solutions. We call this your 'Statement of Needs'. An optional Cost Benefit Analysis can also be provided.
- We review the Statement of Needs with you to agree and prioritise which of our recommendations you wish to incorporate into your bespoke solution.
You now have a Statement of Needs that, should you wish, you could issue to a number of alternative software suppliers for them to also tender for your business (we're not scared of a bit of competition!). - We then work closely with your key personnel to prepare and agree a Technical Specification. This document details your precise requirements, e.g. screen layouts, workflows, standard letters, standard forms, management reports, etc.
- We will then provide you with a fixed-price quotation and delivery timetable based on your agreed Statement of Needs and Technical Specification.
- CasePRO customise and implement your bespoke solution, including training and on-site hand-holding.
- You sign-off system acceptance.
