That means every time the case is amended, documents accessed or even just opened and reviewed, the system records the time it happened, the operator and the result of any changes, recording both the new and previous data.

Full Automation

The workflow functionality of CasePRO allows the system to be configured so that it pre-defines exactly how applications should be processed. It can specify lead times for when tasks should be actioned by, assign automated chase-up tasks to an individual or team and automatically change case status. By creating to do lists automatically on both an individual and team basis, CasePRO reduces the need for thinking time, increases staff productivity and reduces the chances of costly mistakes, such as submitting expired documents, that could ultimately drive customers into the arms of a competitor.

Full Control

Performance reports can be created at the touch of a button, providing detailed information on company, team and individual performance. This provides a greater level of insight into business performance and is highly useful in terms of staff motivation and driving improvements.
